The increaser with MHPI and an outlet cable is a connecting element of pipe-lines of different diameters. The outlet cable is used for connecting copper wires of the whole pipe-line. Copper wires are connected to each other into a continuous chain in all products, and to the terminal units of the system ORC though the outlet cables which are fixed into the butt end of the MHPI.
For the characteristics of the product, see section “Increaser with metal head plug of isolation”.
An example of the type codes in the ordered specification:
Increaser from steel pipe of 133 mm in diameter, with thickness of pipe wall 5 mm, to steel pipe of 76 mm in diameter, with thickness of pipe wall 5 mm, with isolation of type 1 from polyurethane foam, in polyethylene casing, with metal head plug of isolation of 200 mm in length and outlet cable:
Increaser St133*5-76*5-1-PUF-PEM-200K with MHPI and OC
Increaser from steel pipe of 133mm in diameter, with thickness of pipe wall 5 mm, to steel pipe of 76 mm in diameter, with thickness of pipe wall 5 mm, with isolation from polyurethane foam, in galvanized casing, with MHPI of 200 mm in length and outlet cable:
Increaser St133*6-76*5-PUF-GalM with MHPI and OC
Notes:
The distance from the pipe end to the metal head plug of isolation is 70 mm – for diameters 219 inclusive, for pipes of all other diameters, it is 110 mm.
