The three-way offset with MHPI and an outlet cable is a multicomponent assembly of the pipe-line system with three connector ends, which is designed for connecting side subsidiary pipes to the main pipe-line and flow distribution in pipe-lines. Herewith the operating environment changes its direction at the angle 90°. The metal head plug of isolation is used for protection from moisture penetration and possible mechanical damage at the work site of temporarily stopped pipe laying, it is also installed at the crossing lines of insulated pipes into steel and non-insulated ones. The outlet cable is used for connecting wires to the terminal units of the system ORC.
An example of the type codes in the ordered specification:
Three-way offset with outer diameter of the main pipe 108 mm, with thickness of pipe wall 4 mm and a subsidiary pipe of 76 mm in diameter, with thickness of pipe wall 3 mm, , with isolation of type 1 from polyurethane foam, in polyethylene casing, with metal head plug of isolation 200 mm in length and outlet cable:
Three-way offset St108*4-76*3-1-PUF-PEM-200K with MHPI and OC
Three-way offset with outer diameter of the main pipe 108 mm, with thickness of pipe wall 4 mm and a subsidiary pipe of 76 mm in diameter, with thickness of pipe wall 3 mm, , with isolation from polyurethane foam, in galvanized casing, with metal head plug of isolation 200 mm in length and outlet cable:
Three-way offset St108*4-76*3-PUF-GalM-200K with MHPI and OC
Notes:
The distance from the pipe end to the metal head plug of isolation is 70 mm – for steel pipes of diameters 219 inclusive, for all other diameters of pipes it is 110 mm.
