Strategic solutions for the energy crisis

From the point of view of the company «Isoplus» we see three central strategic solutions for long term problems in the supply of energy:

• Behavior change: as a result of changing consumer behaviour the need for useful energy can be reduced. Accordingly, as a result, primary energy consumption will also be reduced. Consequently, as the reduced demand for useful energy will be reduced and the need for primary energy. However, the ratio of useful energy/primary energy will remain the same.
• Increased efficiency of energy use: by reducing unproductive losses of energy demand primary energy is reduced, despite the same level of demand for useful energy. The need for useful energy remains the same, but the ratio of useful energy/primary energy increases, and as a consequence, the demand for primary energy is reduced.
• Transition to the self-healing energy sources: as a result, neither the need for useful energy,   nor the need for primary energy will not change. However, through the use of self-healing environmentally friendly energy sources, the adverse impacts of energy use on the environment will be minimized.
