Pipe

Steel pipes with polyurethane foam heat isolation with a storage casing is a hard construction «a pipe in a pipe». They are designed for underground laying of a heat supply system (in a polyethylene mantle – by a duct-free method, with a sheet galvanized steel mantle – in a walkway or a tunnel) and overground laying of heat supply systems (for pipes with a sheet galvanized steel mantle)  with the following calculated parameters of the heat carrier: operating pressure not more than 1,6 MPa and temperature not more than 140° C within the graph of ratio governing of heat supply 150° C – 70°C.

Also it is acceptable to use isolated pipes for pipe-lines transporting different materials (oil, gas, etc.).

An example of the type codes in the ordered specification:

The steel pipe of outer diameter 108 mm, with thickness of pipe wall 4 mm, with isolation of type 2 from polyurethane foam in polyethylene casing:

  • Pipe St108*4-2-PUF-PEM

The steel pipe of outer diameter 108 mm, with thickness of pipe wall 4 mm, with isolation from polyurethane foam in galvanized casing:

  • Pipe St108*4-PUF-GalM

Note:

The weight of products is introduced according to the recommended National State Standard 30732-2006 of the thickness of steel pipe wall.
